WARRANTY

For any product or part that may become defective within 30 days, we offer a free replacement once the proof of defectiveness is verified.

If your product is defective, please send us an email at support@pwnage.com to initiate a RMA. You will be asked to provide the serial number of the product and video demonstration of the failure. 

If any product or part becomes defective after 30 days of delivery (while still within the product’s warranty period), we will offer a free replacement, and you will only have to cover the shipping cost.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you can also get a store credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred to return a product for a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee or Warranty claim.

  1. one (1) warranty claim per purchased product is allowed within its warranty period.
  2. We reserve the right to inspect all returns.  Restocking fees may apply for items that are returned incomplete.
  3. Shipping cost / Shipping protection / Customs / Duties / VAT / Import taxes are NOT refundable nor covered by the Warranty.


Warranty Period
1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. 

The warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, accidental damage, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc. The Warranty also does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to the customer. 

Please do not attempt to remove the battery on the wireless mouse unless you are okay with using it in wired mode only indefinitely. The warranty only covers factory defects, any accidental damage to the battery connector or mouse while taking the battery off are not covered by our warranty.

Please do not use any tooling and blunt force on it. pull the wire straight up with firm upward strength, if the wire on your unit is too short to firmly grip with your bare fingers, use a cloth to help. It's very important to use only straight upward force with no tools, or the side of the connector might break.
