Affiliate Terms

Thank you for signing up to our exclusive partner affiliate program. By signing up, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

As an affiliate, you receive:
Earn 10% when customers purchase using your referral link within 30 days. The minimum purchase amount is $25.00. Commission are paid via PayPal.

After you complete the online application on the registration page, Pwnage will provide email notification within 1-3 business days on average. If approved, you can access your account and start creating and sharing links.

Commission Referral Fees
Affiliates start with earning a standard commission rate of 10% for all referrals who purchase using their link. Commissions are paid at the end of the month when earnings balance is over $50. We hold 10% of the total monthly earnings in case of chargebacks and refunds to be released the following month.

Commission will be paid on the price of an order after discounts but before shipping, taxes and tips. For example, if an affiliate with a 10% commission rate refers an order with a total of $125 ($110 subtotal - $10 discount + $10 shipping + $15 tax), they will receive a commission of $10 ($100 * 10%).

We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous crediting. Commissions are paid out via PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account details are accurate and up-to-date in order to receive payment.

Restrictions on promotion
The affiliate program is designed for select partners to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of Pwnage, LLC is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the program in jeopardy.

Legal Compliance
All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Pwnage, LLC reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Pwnage, LLC. Terminated accounts will have their balances paid in full before closure. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will have commissions revoked.
